At comfyrs, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated quality control and quality assurance team will inspect your items before shipment. The quality of our products is guaranteed. However, you do need to check the size carefully and accurately before buying. Please refer to the size chart on the product page.
If you have any problems with the products you received, please feel free to let us know, we will send you replacement products as soon as possible

30 Day Returns Warranty

We believe in our products very much, so we offer a 30-day barrier-free refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can contact us within 30 days after receiving the product, return the product to us, and we will refund immediately.


But there are the following issues that need attention:

  1. The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

  1. The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Cancel/change

If there is a problem with your order and need to change or cancel the order, please contact us immediately. We can process and send orders quickly (fast!). But after our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

Regarding returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on your residence, the arrival time of the exchanged products may vary.

If you ship more than $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

Refund

Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.
